I've spent decades inside mid-sized manufacturing companies wearing more hats than most org charts allow — marketing, sales, product ownership, IT strategy. I know what it looks like when capable people are slowed down by tools that were never built for how they actually work.

I started Open Communications because I kept seeing the same gap: the distance between what a business needs and what technology vendors were willing to build honestly and affordably.
